**Before Your Pet's Visit**

- **What vaccinations does my pet need to stay with Pet Paradise?**
- Puppies must be 12 weeks of age or older and must have at minimum Rabies, DAPP (2 rounds), and Bordetella. Required vaccinations for dogs include Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella, while for cats it's Rabies and FVRCP. Pet Paradise is not currently requiring dogs to be vaccinated with the canine influenza vaccine. 

- **How do I make a reservation?**
- Reservations can be made online, through the mobile app, or by calling the Reservation Center at 877.PETS.PLAY (877.738.7752). A temperament test or interview prior to boarding is not required. 

- **Can I take a tour of Pet Paradise?**
- Yes, you and your pet are encouraged to tour the facility prior to boarding reservation. New customers can also get a complimentary day of day camp or night boarding for their pets, with proof of up-to-date vaccinations. 

- **Can I bring my own food?**
- Pet Paradise recommends bringing your pet's own food to maintain a consistent diet. 

- **If my dog is considered non-compatible, can anything be done to change this?**
- Training may be beneficial for behavior changes. Dogs that are not spayed or neutered will remain non-compatible unless they get fixed. 

- **Will I get charged the one-on-one rate twice if I have 2 dogs in the same suite?**
- Two non-compatible siblings that stay together in one overnight suite will only be charged one $20 upcharge. 

**Guest Experience**

- **What does my pet do all day?**
- Pets can relax in a private and spacious suite, participate in group playtime, swim in the pool, or lounge on the outdoor patio. Same family pets may stay together, and webcams are available for owners to check on their pets. 

- **Does Pet Paradise offer webcam service?**
- Yes, Pet Paradise offers public webcams so owners can peek in on their pet's vacation anytime. 

- **What kind of impact will the turf have on my dog's pads?**
- With excessive playing and running, a dog's paw pads can be worn down, which could result in irritation.

**Veterinary Care**

- **How do I send my pet's records?**
- Before check-in, pet owners can upload their pet's vaccine records in the Pet Paradise app or email them directly to the resort. If vaccines need updating, owners can visit NewDay Veterinary Care located at many Pet Paradise resorts.
- **Can I make an appointment with NewDay Veterinary Care?**
- Yes, appointments can be booked directly in the app.

- **What is your cleaning policy?**
- Pet Paradise ensures a safe, clean, and fun environment by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces between uses and screening pets for signs of illness upon arrival.
